Apple chutney

2kg apples prepped with corer
500g chopped onions,
200g sultanas
pinch coriander
pinch paprika
pinch salt
700g sugarrrrrr
1.5 pints vinegar

Put everything in a pan and bring to boil.

Then simmer for around 2 hours or until a spoon can be drawn to leave a line across the top

Jar

Leave for at least 3 months

EAT with cheese
