Blackcurrant jam

V used red wine! For the tannins I spose.

Worked out real good and I made liqueur from the rest, basically just adding vodka.

The recipe was perhaps:

Pick blackcurrants and wash

Cover with water

Boil then add sugar and wine and lemon juice and lemon zest.

Mix well.

Leave to cool a bit then out in sterilised or fridge-bound containers.
